Return and Exchange Terms:
Return Timeline: A return or exchange can be requested within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Product Condition: The product must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the original tags and packaging.
Return Eligible Products: Only wrong product delivery, size issue, or defective products can be returned.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, sale items, and innerwear are not eligible for return.
Refund Process: After a successful return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment or credited to the customer wallet.
Exchange: If the product is available, you can exchange it.
Return/Exchange Process:
Locate a Return Request: Visit the “Returns/Exchange” section on our website to lodge a request.
Pickup/Shipping: We will pick up the product from your location, or may require shipping via a nearby courier service.
Verification: Refunds/exchanges will be processed only after inspecting the returned product.
Additional Information:
If the product is damaged or shipped incorrectly, we will bear the shipping charges.
If the return is due to customer error (e.g. disliking), shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
